This is very different from my typical art, but I thought I'd try a hand at creating a realistic portrait of Christ. Honestly- I feel very vulnerable placing this out into the world. I have been slowly working on this piece for a month or so- and it was more difficult to get his 'look' than I thought it would be. However, my mantra for this year is to  "Be Brave"- last year was "Knowledge"- so . . .  I am letting go and pusing myself.

Fun fact: My very first attempt at drawing anything, was a portrait of my grandmother when she passed away. That portrait alone got me started on my passion for art and design.Â
